How about a soup that is just delish? Thanks to Kathleen Crum for this Leek and Potato Soup receipe.
What you'll need:
4 Large Peeled Potatoes
2 Medium Leek
½ Glass Cream
3 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Butter
1 tsp Dried Dill
2 tsp chicken stock paste
2 lts chicken stock
Salt & Pepper as per taste.
Put the Olive Oil, Butter, Potato & Leek in a Pot and cook for about
10-15mins
Pour the Chicken Stock in and cook for another 10-15mins
Add the Chicken stock paste
Use a blender to mix all
Finish up by adding the Cream, Dill, Salt & Pepper.

Bringin' back an old recipe from November '07.
RJ's Like Crabcakes
You'll need:
16oz pastureized canned backfin crabmeat
2 TBLS Smart Balance mayonaise
1/3 cup of bread crumbs (the ground kind)
1 TeaSpoon of old bay seasoning.
How to:
Mix it all together... mold into cakes. Lightly season top with old bay and a drop of butter.
