(Harrisburg, PA) -- Hershey Entertainment is going to pay over $64,000 to waitstaff at Houlihan’s following in a minimum wage lawsuit. Judge John Jones approved a settlement for the suit that claimed payment of $2.83 an hour plus tips was below what they should have received because they spend over 30% of their time working on things that don’t provide tips. Hershey Entertainment denies any wrongdoing while agreeing to the settlement.
